Sign-Up Form
Rules and Instructions
- Sign-up will begin every Thursday at 11PM and end on Saturday at 11PM.
- A group email will be sent on Sunday with the list of volunteers for that Wednesday.
- As in the past, priority will be determined first by the most recent volunteer date (i.e. new volunteers and those who have not been to the clinic in a while get priority) and secondly by the order you sign up. Be honest when you sign up. We keep a record of who volunteered when, so please don t lie about your most recent volunteer date.
- You will get a confirmation page when you sign up. If you entered incorrect information, sign up again and email brmclinic@gmail.com with the ID number for the incorrect entry.
- To cancel: If you are signed up and need to cancel, email brmclinic@gmail.com by no later than Tuesday at 9PM. If you do not show up twice without canceling, you will NOT get signed up for rest of the semester (except in the unlikely event that we do not have enough volunteers). We don t want to be mean, but there are so many people who like volunteering at BRMC! If you let us know in advance, someone else could take your spot!
- If you did not show up without canceling, mark that date as your most recent volunteer date when you sign up next time.
- Please be on time. Meet in front of MSE promptly at 6:20PM. (If you miss the van because you were late, it will count as a no-show.)
